You must EITHER have already received a firm offer of a place at a university or institute of further education, or have a place in an accredited apprenticeship scheme, either in Jersey, the United Kingdom or elsewhere OR be in such an institution as student now. There is no restriction on the academic discipline or apprenticeship subject.

Write a short personal statement on why you need the support, how your course of study will help both you to achieve your goals, and will help the island and community of Jersey. Please include:

Any special circumstances you want the trustees to consider.
Amount of money requested.
If you require multi-year funding, provide the full amount here.
If Trustees are only able to part fund your application, how will you raise additional funds?
Should a grant be awarded, to whom should it be payable?
